1. Using this website
These terms cover use of the CertMatrix website, certification information and enquiry tools. Read them with the Privacy Policy and Returns & Refunds Policy. If you disagree with the website-use terms, stop using the site.
The website supports research and enquiry preparation. It does not currently accept payments, enrolments or orders. A downloaded brief, catalogue listing or sample voucher price is not confirmation of a contract or availability.
2. Training and written offers
Any separately agreed service should be described in a written offer identifying the seller, programme, format, access period, schedule, total charges and support. Confirm prerequisites and the scope before accepting.
Pay After Pass is available only where expressly agreed. The offer should specify eligibility, learner obligations, the payment milestone and what happens after withdrawal, expiry or an unsuccessful attempt.
3. Vouchers and issuer rules
Check the exact examination, version, territory, expiry, attempts and redemption conditions before purchasing a voucher. The issuer or testing provider determines scheduling, identification, examination and certification requirements.
You remain responsible for your own account and assessment. Preparation support does not authorise account sharing, impersonation or assistance during a restricted examination.
4. Accurate information and personal decisions
Certification programmes and examinations change. Check current requirements against official issuer information before applying, booking or paying. Website guides provide general learning information and cannot determine individual eligibility or an employer’s qualification decision.
Certification, employment, salary and examination outcomes are not guaranteed by browsing the site or purchasing preparation. Provider names and marks remain the property of their owners; their display does not imply affiliation or endorsement.
5. Permitted use and intellectual property
Use the site and materials lawfully. Do not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, misuse personal information or distribute material you are not entitled to share.
Original CertMatrix text and site materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property rules. Respect third-party licences and trademarks. Linking to a page does not transfer ownership of its content. Any licensed training materials remain subject to the terms supplied with them.
6. Privacy, external sites and availability
The enquiry is prepared locally. It is only sent when you send the email from your own mail app. Do not include passwords, authentication codes, identity documents or payment-card details. Read the privacy notice before choosing to share information through a separate channel.
External services, issuer sites and payment providers operate under their own terms. The site may be unavailable temporarily or contain an error. Report an issue through a verified business channel; a temporary website outage does not itself determine remedies for a separately purchased service.
7. Cancellations, remedies and responsibility
Use the Returns & Refunds Policy and the terms agreed for your purchase to assess a cancellation or delivery issue. Keep the written offer, receipt and correspondence. Mandatory rights are not removed by these website terms.
Decisions about third-party websites, downloads and purchases should follow their stated requirements and your own checks. Nothing in these terms excludes responsibility or a remedy where doing so would be prohibited by applicable law.

The version date above identifies these website terms. Changes to a separately accepted service should be agreed through the applicable contract process, rather than silently changing a completed purchase through a website edit.
