1. Scope and purchase terms
This policy explains how to assess cancellation, return and refund questions for CertMatrix training and voucher arrangements. The website currently has no checkout or enrolment system. Email and telephone enquiries are available using the contact details on this site. Downloading an enquiry brief does not create a purchase or payment obligation.
Before a separate purchase, obtain a written offer identifying the seller, service, total price, delivery, cancellation terms and any included support or remedy. Applicable statutory rights take priority over conflicting restrictions.
2. Training cancellations
Request a cancellation through the verified channel used for your booking. Whether a refund or change is available depends on the agreed cancellation terms, delivery already received and applicable rights. Course access, live sessions and work specifically commissioned for you may be treated differently.
Ask for the cancellation deadline and the calculation for any delivered portion before enrolling. This website does not impose a blanket non-refundable rule or invent a universal cancellation period.
3. Exam vouchers and digital delivery
Voucher cancellation, return or replacement can depend on the issuer, supplier, territory, expiry and whether a code has been issued, activated, disclosed or redeemed. Confirm the exact conditions before payment. A digital code cannot necessarily be returned like an unopened physical item.
Do not post or send the full voucher code in a public complaint. If a code is incorrect or does not work, preserve the order reference, exam code and error information and use the verified supplier channel. Do not assume an issuer restriction removes a statutory remedy.
4. Missing, incorrect or undelivered items
Report a missing delivery, incorrect product or duplicate payment with the order reference and a factual description. Ask for verification and a proposed resolution, such as correction, replacement or refund where appropriate.
If training cannot be delivered as agreed, request a written explanation of the options for the undelivered portion. A replacement date or different programme should be agreed with you rather than treated as automatically accepted.
5. Pay After Pass and unsuccessful attempts
An unsuccessful exam result does not, by itself, establish a refund entitlement or a new payment deadline. Check your written Pay After Pass or pass-assurance terms for eligibility, learner requirements, evidence, continued support and any funded retake or refund commitment.
Exam charges and training charges are separate unless the offer combines them. No site-wide promise of unlimited retakes, a guaranteed pass or a money-back guarantee is made. See Pay After Pass and the FAQs.
6. How to request a review
Provide the order or receipt reference, purchase date, product or service, reason for the request and the resolution you seek. Include relevant delivery or error evidence, while excluding passwords, card details and full voucher codes. Email enquiry@certmatrix.in with the relevant reference and your question. You can also call +91 73059 91218, Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–8:00 PM IST. The contact page can prepare an email draft or download; you must send the email from your own mail app.
Ask for written acknowledgement, any further evidence required, the decision and the applicable processing estimate. Keep a copy of the correspondence and agreed outcome.
7. Refund method, timing and consumer rights
Where a refund is agreed or legally due, confirm the amount, payment method, processing steps and expected timing in writing. Payment-provider processing, currency conversion and any proposed deductions should be explained rather than assumed. This website does not promise an unverified bank-processing period.
Nothing here excludes mandatory consumer rights or remedies for services or digital items that are not supplied as required. A dispute may be raised through the payment provider or appropriate consumer route where available. The applicable rules depend on the transaction and location.
