1. About this notice
This notice describes browsing the CertMatrix website and information you choose to submit through its enquiry form or share through a direct business channel. Additional information needed for a particular programme should be explained before it is collected.
2. Information used on this website
Enquiry form: When you select Send Enquiry, your name, reply email, certification or subject, service preference, optional exam region, message and source page are submitted to the CertMatrix backend. A server-verified security challenge, rate limits and duplicate checks protect the submission before it is forwarded to Google Apps Script for an email notification to enquiry@certmatrix.in. No customer email application opens and no customer account is created. Security state uses temporary references and keyed hashes rather than storing your enquiry message in the anti-spam database.
Browsing: Hosting and network providers may process technical information such as IP address, requested page, device or browser details and request timestamps to deliver and protect the site. This notice does not claim those infrastructure records are anonymous or that CertMatrix controls every provider’s retention settings.
3. Information you share separately
If you separately send an enquiry or arrange a service, information needed may include your name, reply details, selected programme, correspondence and relevant order or payment reference. Use the verified channel for that transaction and ask how the information will be handled before sending sensitive documents.
CertMatrix does not need your exam-account password, one-time authentication code or full payment-card details for this website’s enquiry brief. Do not enter them in the tool or include them in a general enquiry.
4. Purposes and sharing
Information you choose to share separately is used for the enquiry or service you request, such as discussing scope, preparing a quote, administering an agreed service or addressing an order issue. Marketing permission should be requested separately where required; browsing alone is not a request for promotional messages.
Hosting, communication, payment or training providers may handle information when they are involved in the channel or service you choose. Confirm the relevant provider and its notice before using that service. Links to certification issuers and other websites lead to sites with their own privacy practices.
5. Cookies, browser storage and downloads
The current site code does not install advertising or analytics trackers or save enquiry entries to browser local storage. Search and filter selections may appear in the page URL. The hosting platform or your browser may use its own technical storage or security features.
A brief you download remains on your device until you remove it. Anyone you share it with receives the information it contains. Browser settings can control local storage and downloads; clearing browser data does not necessarily remove a file already saved to your device.
6. Retention and security
For information shared separately, retention should be limited to the relevant enquiry, service, support need and any applicable record-keeping obligation. Ask for the applicable retention information for your transaction. No fixed deletion period for external providers is promised by this page.
Use secure, verified communication channels and protect your device and accounts. No internet service can promise absolute security. If you suspect that information was sent to the wrong recipient, notify that recipient and the verified business contact promptly.
7. Your choices and requests
You can decide whether to create or download a brief and whether to send an email. The mail app or email provider you select handles the message under its own terms. Where applicable law provides rights to information, access, correction, deletion, withdrawal of consent or complaint, those rights remain available subject to the applicable conditions. A request may require proportionate verification.
For information already shared with CertMatrix, Email enquiry@certmatrix.in with the relevant reference and your question. You can also call +91 73059 91218, Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–8:00 PM IST. The contact page can submit your question directly from this website. For information held directly by an issuer or other independent provider, use that provider’s privacy contact.
8. Young visitors and changes
The enquiry tool is intended for people exploring professional certification services and is not designed to collect children’s personal information. A parent or guardian should manage any enquiry involving a minor and confirm the programme’s age and consent requirements before sharing personal details.
The date above identifies this version. If the site introduces additional processing, accounts, payments or tracking beyond this enquiry flow, the notice should describe that processing before information is collected. Google Maps is linked from the contact page and opens only when you choose its external link; no map is automatically embedded. The WhatsApp contact shortcut opens an external WhatsApp page or app when selected. WhatsApp handles your use of that service under its own terms; the button does not send a message automatically. No third-party chat script loads just from viewing this site.
